2. Initial Acceptance & Replacement-Only Claims
Claims for replacement are ONLY available if a critical issue is discovered and documented via the mandatory unboxing video within 7 days of delivery. No exceptions will be made after this period. Replacements are only possible under the following conditions:
- A. Complete Non-Functionality: If the product is entirely dead and cannot be powered up directly from the box, as shown in the video.
- B. Major Component Damage: In the event of catastrophic physical damage, such as a broken axle, major body fracture, or missing non-replaceable parts, visible during unboxing.
The sole resolution for a valid claim is **replacement only**; a full refund or exchange for a different item is not possible.
